You should mix the vinegar and water at about of 50-50 ratio and then soak your shower heads in this solution to remove any sediment that has accumulated inside the shower head. This will allow water to flow freely through the shower head.


You should check your drain traps to make sure that they are free from obstructions. You can use an adjustable plumbing wrench to disassemble the drain traps in your kitchen and bathrooms. Clean out any hair and other stuff that has accumulated in the drain trap.
